Archives Committee

œ  The Archives Committee is a sub committee of the Official Board. Its duties include the cataloguing of archival material as well as its proper storage.

œ  We are always looking for archival material. If you have pictures, text or artifacts related to our church or its predecessors, your donations will be well cared for at the church 

œ  The Waterford United Church has published a hardcover text titled Waterford United Church:  A History.   The book is a complete history of the Waterford Methodist/United Church and contains many photographs and illustrations. The book has an appendix of about 150 pages, containing information from the baptismal, marriage and burial records. Many people from the Waterford and Townsend area are listed. This is a valuable source of information for genealogists.
